How we work together:

All leadership & team coaching involves a systemic review of the following information:

1. Priorities - What our goals and desired outcomes are

2. Processes - How we work toward our goals/desired outcomes

3. Tools - What we use to support our processes

4. Tracking - How we know we have achieved our goals/desired outcomes

We work through these pillars because teams & leaders don’t typically struggle due to a lack of clear goals or tools - they struggle because they aren’t able to healthfully communicate throughout the development process to reach their goals. We use the current goals and systems in place to shine a light on what gaps the team may have in communication, skillsets or capacity to achieve the stated goals. Once those gaps are identified, I coach teams and leaders on how to first healthfully communicate their needs, and then streamline their processes and skills to meet those needs.

Q: How does it all work?
A: My work is focused on building team cultures and leadership practices that allow for open and honest communication so that companies can achieve their goals. Regardless of what people you have around you or what goals you have, if people feel ignored, isolated or unable to voice their needs or concerns - the business environment and products will never truly be a “success”. Our work will consist of first baselining each of the above areas. Once a baseline is found, we revisit the conversation around team and leadership dynamics and communication styles and align them with where the reality of the team/organization’s current situation to create a clear path toward success.

It’s important to note that I am not a finance, engineering or law (etc) professional. Should a need for specialized or technical services be identified during our time together, I will direct you to the appropriate resources for support.

Q: Is the session recorded?
A: Yes. You will receive a recording link to download the recording within three business days of the session. The recording will be provided within three business days to the client and then will be deleted one week following receipt of the recording to protect client privacy.

Q: Are you open for more than one session together?
A: Absolutely! I also have month long, weekly meeting contracts available for $2,000/mo. For other time durations, please email me with your request to find the best project plan for your goals.

Q: Do you have any particular specialty or focus?
A: My niche are women of color leaders, however my background is in communications, writing, training, event management, product development, non-profit and business operations and start-ups. I have worked with solo founders just starting their businesses, international non-profits and coaching C-Suite executive teams of multi-national companies. My strengths are best for a client who has a clear end goal, but needs assistance with aligning their processes to reach their goals.
